Contemporary Haven in the West Hills – Toll Brothers New Build

Perched in the scenic West Hills of Las Vegas within a prestigious Toll Brothers community, this ground-up new construction project was designed with a full-service interior design package, blending modern elegance with functional living. The home boasts breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip from the back patio, offering a stunning backdrop for day-to-night living.

At the heart of the home, a custom bar was thoughtfully built into the corner of the kitchen—perfect for entertaining guests and hosting family gatherings. The kitchen and pantry were outfitted with full interior organization systems, ensuring optimal efficiency without compromising style.

A striking fireplace anchors the open-concept living area, elevated by a dramatic, visionary stone surround that serves as a true focal point. A previously unused mudroom was creatively transformed into a serene prayer room—offering a dedicated space for reflection and meditation.

The design palette was inspired by the clients’ favorite tones—cool blues, soft greys, crisp whites, natural stone, and rich wood grains. Every element was chosen to reflect their lifestyle as empty nesters, resulting in a peaceful, contemporary sanctuary—a true slice of heaven in the desert hills.

Prescott Ranches

Introducing our latest project, which is located at the top of a mountain in Prescott, Arizona. It's a gorgeous one-story ranch style house with stunning views from every angle. 
   It's a project that is nearly finished with just a few decorative pieces awaiting their arrival and our client was bold when it came to blending an array of color, geometric shapes and textures.  Natural rustic oak wood floors incorporate the main areas with accent colors of Bonsai Green, Ivory Cotton and Navy Blues.  Gorgeous interior finishes of Knotty Alder Barn doors and faux wood beams along with the Black framed windows.   The bedrooms welcome cozy warm Taupe Greys in carpet and Ombre tile along with Navy Blue and Grey paint grade cabinetry.  Cabinet hardware and plumbing fixtures show off their brilliance in finish metal shades of Satin and Champagne Bronze.  
  The media room, which is still under construction will eventually stage conversations to come with the bold stripe carpet in shades of Gold, Navy, Ivory and Tan.  
   This home offers tranquility and a sense of relaxation from the surrounding forest landscape to the organic blend of subtle colors.  Welcome home...and enjoy "sipping that glass of wine" from the back patio as you gaze throughout the valley into this small friendly community. 



Office Transformation

Complete transformation of this business in regard to re-branding and remodeling. Working with a very tight budget, the goal was to create a tranquil working environment that would ease clients during a busy tax season.  Glass windows were added to dark offices to welcome natural light, ceiling track lighting created directional lights for mural and advertising graphics.  All ceiling tiles were replaced with bright white to open the space.   Materials, furniture and artwork were to be based around the company's NEW logo incorporating shades of Blue and Green with repurposing of some existing furniture pieces and the purchasing of new items.  We are currently still undergoing some minor finishes such as added artwork and accents. 

Kitchen Ideas

We described this Kitchen as a Modern Farmhouse style. Shaker style cabinet doors, coordinated with Rustic White Oak wood flooring and accented with Black appliances, furniture and decorative lighting.   Overall ceiling height is roughly 9 feet. Blending timeless elegance with modern sophistication, this custom-built home features a Tuscan-style exterior and a sleek contemporary interior. Situated in one of the most prestigious golf communities in Las Vegas, the residence offers the perfect balance of old-world charm and updated luxury.

Inside, a harmonious palette of taupe-grey, creamy white, and golden yellow complements the rich, natural tones of walnut wood finishes. Statement lighting fixtures in bronze, dazzling chrome, and polished silver accentuate each room, adding a layer of refined glamour.

The open-concept design features soaring two-story spaces ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. A dramatic fireplace clad in three-dimensional natural stone serves as a stunning focal point.

Outside, meticulously designed landscaping provides a sense of serenity and escape—turning the backyard into a private retreat.

The second owners were so inspired by the home’s design that they enlisted our team to curate every detail—from custom window treatments and bespoke furniture to thoughtfully selected artwork. The result is a seamless blend of form and function, beauty and comfort.

This eclectic home was a celebration of contrasts—where vintage charm meets modern sophistication. Our goal was to thoughtfully blend the old with the new, creating a uniquely personal space for a worldly client who is a seasoned traveler, art collector, gourmet cook, and devoted cat lover.

Designing with both style and practicality in mind, we carefully selected materials that were not only beautiful but also feline-friendly. A mix of antique treasures and sleek contemporary pieces gave the space depth and character. A standout piece is the stunning live-edge wood dining table, which became the heart of the home and a true conversation starter.

To bring a modern edge, we incorporated motorized window shades in textured fabrics—adding sophistication without sacrificing the panoramic views outside. A bold accent paint color on the fireplace added a playful burst of energy, drawing the eye and anchoring the living space.

Layered lighting played a key role in creating warmth and ambiance. Wooden pendant lights above the kitchen island complemented the natural elements throughout, while enhancing functionality.

The live-edge dining table remained our favorite discovery—its organic shape and unique grain patterns brought authenticity and artistry to the room, making it a defining element in this curated, eclectic home.

Modern Sophistication Meets Eclectic

Contemporary Living & Dining Space

Originally built in the late 1990s, this custom contemporary home became the ideal canvas for a complete interior transformation tailored to a young urban couple with toddler twins and two small dogs. With an open floor plan, soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and a breathtaking view of the mature, landscaped backyard and pool, the home offered incredible potential for modern living and effortless entertaining.

Inspired by the clients’ deep love for the ocean—and their favorite piece of art, Peacock Glacé, proudly displayed near the fireplace—we curated a palette of calming blues and rich purples that infused the space with personality and tranquility.

One of the key design challenges was the unconventional layout and sharply angled ceilings in the living and dining rooms. We addressed these architectural quirks with thoughtful design solutions, including layered task and decorative lighting to balance proportions and create ambiance. Outdated audio/visual intercom systems and surround sound wiring were removed or re-routed to streamline the home’s functionality.

In the kitchen, we reimagined the island to comfortably seat three—turning it into a central hub for cooking, gathering, and everyday family moments.

The master bathroom underwent a dramatic transformation. A bulky travertine wall that once obstructed both space and light was removed, allowing the natural glow from the glass block windows to flood the room.

Among our favorite updates: the stunning marble stone fireplace, which serves as a dramatic focal point, and the installation of beautiful, wood-look vinyl flooring—both stylish and incredibly durable for an active, growing family with pets.

Hickory Country Kitchen

You know it’s time for a makeover when your kitchen no longer supports your passion for cooking—and that’s exactly what prompted our client to take the leap. This kitchen, located in a charming, manufactured home nestled in the countryside, was small but full of heart. It served as the central hub for family gatherings, where “Mr. Mc,” the family’s beloved cook, dreamed of a space that could do justice to his treasured recipes.

The original cabinetry was outdated, inefficient, and lacked any real storage solutions. Our mission was to reimagine the kitchen in a way that maximized both form and function—without compromising its cozy charm. A buffet-style counter and a dedicated tabletop prep area were introduced to accommodate family-style meals and recipe organization.

One of the standout features of this remodel was the addition of a full pantry on the right end of the room, providing much-needed storage. Custom cabinet organizers were integrated throughout, turning every inch into usable, accessible space.

We also added a bay window framed in warm wood—perfect for showcasing fresh herbs, succulents, and a few of Mr. Mc’s favorite collectibles. The natural light it brings in enhances the space and adds a homely touch.

It’s hard to believe this bright, stylish, and highly functional kitchen belongs to a modular home—proof that with thoughtful design, any space can be transformed into something extraordinary.

Project Recovery
A Legacy Reimagined in the Historic Heart of Las Vegas

Project Recovery was a two-year transformation of the Hirsh Residence, a cherished family home located in one of the most historically significant neighborhoods of Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally built in 1968, the colonial-style home—with its classic white exterior, black shutters, and iconic columns—had stood the test of time, but beneath the surface, it faced serious structural challenges.

The project began with urgency. Severe corrosion in the underground piping had caused the kitchen floor to sink nearly three inches, prompting an extensive structural assessment. When we first arrived on-site, the home was undergoing early surveying to determine how to reconstruct the foundation. Rather than demolish this multi-generational home, a collaborative decision between the soils engineers and the client led to a remarkable alternative: hydraulic lifts were used to stabilize the frame, and a new 12-inch-thick foundation was poured—preserving both the home’s character and history.

Tina was commissioned to reimagine the interior, honoring the home’s heritage while infusing it with a fresh, classic-contemporary aesthetic. The third-generation homeowner wished to retain key original features, which we thoughtfully restored—most notably the brick wood-burning fireplace, a grand Swarovski crystal chandelier, crystal door hardware, and the elegant wrought iron staircase, now updated in a rich black finish.

The new design embraced a harmonious color palette of soft greys, taupe, arctic snow whites, golden yellows, and crisp black accents. Floors and shower surrounds were updated with a blend of white marble tile, blue-grey mosaics, and wood-look porcelain tile. White quartz countertops were paired with espresso cabinetry and sleek white acrylic finishes, creating a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance.

Despite the original 8-foot ceilings, strategic design interventions—including custom lighting—opened the space dramatically, enhancing functionality and creating a sense of airiness and flow. Lighting played a crucial role throughout the design, not only for illumination but as statement pieces that added warmth and artistic flair.

The project entered its final phase, with the addition of decor elements such as drapery, artwork, and textiles. These finishing touches introduced vibrant layers of color and texture, complementing the client’s antique furnishings and bringing this beautiful, resilient home full circle—from recovery to refined renewal.

A Fresh Start: Designing a Sanctuary for a Bold Entrepreneur

This project was a reflection of new beginnings. A successful entrepreneur and recent empty nester, our client set her sights on a stunning golf course property, envisioning a space that would serve not only as a stylish home, but also as a personal sanctuary and functional home office.

An open-concept floor plan was essential to the design, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and showcasing breathtaking views of the beautifully landscaped backyard. The layout was carefully planned to embrace a sense of calm and spaciousness, while still offering cozy corners for rest and reflection.

A devoted pet lover with two large Dobermans, our client was intentional in selecting durable yet elegant flooring, pet-friendly furnishings, and materials that would stand up to everyday life without compromising on style.

Confident in her taste and unafraid of bold choices, she embraced color, texture, and pattern with enthusiasm. From vibrant accents to statement fabrics, every detail was chosen to reflect her zest for life and readiness for this exciting new chapter.

With a renewed passion for cooking and entertaining, the home was designed to welcome family and friends alike—offering warmth, style, and the perfect blend of functionality and flair.

18th Floor Modern Loft – Tranquil Urban Retreat

This 18th-floor modern loft underwent a complete build-out with a focus on crafting a serene and sophisticated living environment. The design emphasizes the strategic use of lighting to evoke calm and complement the surrounding cityscape. Custom LED color wheels were integrated into both the upper and lower cabinetry, echoing the dynamic glow of the Las Vegas Strip beyond the windows.

Flooring treatments were thoughtfully curated, incorporating aluminum inlays within the tile to create visual interest and subtly delineate transitions between vinyl, porcelain, and carpeted zones. A warm palette of cream and chocolate brown was paired with vibrant teal accents—an homage to the client's global travels, artistic sensibilities, and love for the ocean.

Skyline Luxury: A Bespoke Retreat Above the Las Vegas Strip

With a commanding view of the dazzling Las Vegas Strip, this 17,000-square-foot custom estate was an exhilarating project to design. Situated on an exclusive private golf course and surrounded by lush landscaping, the home offers resort-style living at its finest—complete with an infinity-edge pool and dramatic fire bowls that set the stage for unforgettable gatherings of 20 or more.

From the moment guests enter, bold design statements unfold. The bar features glowing underlit onyx stone—an instant showstopper when serving cocktails. The expansive great room, finished in smooth limestone flooring, flows seamlessly outdoors through retractable glass doors, blurring the line between interior and exterior living. Nature, luxury, and architecture exist in perfect harmony.

The enlarged chef’s kitchen was designed for entertaining on a grand scale, with comfortable seating for 20 and adjacent access to a temperature-controlled wine cellar and private tasting room. An architectural centerpiece, the staircase to the second floor spirals upward with sculptural steelwork encased in glass, creating a striking visual moment.

Each space in the home has its own personality. The cigar lounge features deep red crocodile-embossed walls and a state-of-the-art sound system for the ultimate sensory experience. In the master suite, a custom-built XXL king bed—sized to comfortably sleep four adults—anchors the space, emphasizing both luxury and scale.

The tranquil guest quarters open into a serene Buddha-inspired garden, softly lit by candles, offering a peaceful zone for rest and reflection. The home office is circular in design, wrapped in rich espresso cabinetry, and includes a hidden safe room that feels like a secret worth bragging about.

Due to the home's grand proportions, nearly all furnishings, bedding, and curated artwork were custom-designed, ensuring each element not only fit perfectly but elevated the overall experience of luxury, comfort, and wow-factor sophistication.

This breathtaking residence, aptly named Elemental Fusion, seamlessly blends natural materials, organic textures, and a serene color palette to create a refined sanctuary overlooking the fairways of McDonald Highlands Golf Course. Inspired by the calming tones of ivory, taupe, ocean blues, and rich earthy browns, the design embraces simplicity, elegance, and balance.

Travertine tile flows gracefully across both walls and floors, grounding the home in timeless sophistication. A stunning stairwell installation features custom lighting enveloped in delicate linen floral pods, casting a soft, sculptural glow that anchors the vertical space with artistry.

In the bathrooms, exotic zebrawood vanities pair beautifully with maple slab cabinet doors, while slate stone walk-in showers evoke the feeling of a high-end spa retreat. The home even includes its own private wellness space designed for personalized massage therapy and relaxation—transforming everyday living into a holistic, rejuvenating experience.

Espresso-toned finishes contrast with natural stone elements throughout the home, creating visual interest and texture. Thoughtfully placed lighting enhances each room, adding drama and ambiance while celebrating architectural details.

The open-concept layout prioritizes both beauty and functionality, offering seamless flow between the kitchen, bar, and great room—perfectly suited for the at-home chef and entertainer. Powder rooms and spa-style baths further enhance the sense of tranquility and luxury found throughout the space.

Indoor-outdoor living is fully realized, with expansive windows and sliding doors that invite in natural light and panoramic views of the lush golf course landscape. The careful placement of furnishings and decor emphasizes the philosophy of simplicity, allowing each element to breathe and shine in its own right.

Modern Tranquility on the Fairways of McDonald Highlands

Designed with intention and style, this spec home in the exclusive golf community of McDonald Highlands was built to impress—and to sell. Merging a sense of calm with high-functioning, well-organized spaces, the design embodies a no-nonsense approach to luxury living.

Espresso cabinetry—rich and smooth like dark chocolate—anchors the kitchen and living areas with warmth and depth. A standout feature is the cleverly concealed TV and sound system, which allows the space to remain sleek and uncluttered while offering full entertainment functionality.

Art played a vital role in shaping the aesthetic of the home. Curated photography by Michael Fatali, known for his evocative landscapes of Sedona, Zion, and other majestic river and mountain scenes, brings color and soul to the walls. These pieces became the foundation for the home’s furnishings, finishes, and material palette—drawing nature indoors in a sophisticated and modern way.

While the home offers sweeping views of Las Vegas glittering at night, its spirit is grounded in retreat and relaxation, with golf-course living at its core. It's a seamless blend of desert elegance and refined simplicity—designed for both serenity and lifestyle.

Perched on the 17th floor in the heart of Las Vegas' dynamic CityCenter, this striking high-rise condo in the iconic Veer Towers offers panoramic views of the Strip from every room. With nearly 75% of the walls comprised of floor-to-ceiling glass, the residence is bathed in natural light by day and dazzles with city lights by night.

The design concept embraced a colorful, modern aesthetic, blending rich teals, soft greens, whites, taupes, and cool grays. These tones were thoughtfully selected to harmonize with the client’s existing art collection, creating a cohesive and curated atmosphere throughout.

One of the primary design challenges was navigating the architecture—specifically the 24-inch round structural columns strategically placed throughout the unit. Creating a functional and comfortable furniture layout required precision and creativity. In addition, the original builder model lacked a lighting package, making layered illumination a priority. We resolved this by integrating track lighting, ceiling fixtures, table and floor lamps, and even custom built-in lighting within select furnishings to enhance both ambiance and functionality.

Textiles and countertops in bold, vibrant hues contrast beautifully with the serene, spa-inspired wall coverings, offering a modern balance of energy and tranquility. In the bedroom, motorized roller shades—discreetly tucked into the soffits—provide dim-out control for restful sleep, essential in this southeast-facing unit with direct morning sunlight.

This high-rise haven fuses the pulse of city living with the calm of a modern retreat, where every design element supports both style and serenity above the Vegas skyline.

Nestled within one of Henderson’s most prestigious golf communities, this beautifully designed transitional-style home sits right on the green, offering sweeping views of the valley and an unmatched indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Originally envisioned with a Tuscan aesthetic, the homeowner pivoted mid-construction, opting for a more contemporary design—resulting in a sophisticated blend of timeless tradition and modern flair.

While classic elements like travertine flooring, wrought iron detailing, and espresso-stained plank doors remain, they’re seamlessly balanced by sleek contemporary features. Clean-lined cabinetry, modern lighting fixtures, updated flooring, and a reimagined staircase railing elevate the home’s overall aesthetic, making it both current and widely appealing to today’s discerning buyers.

The open-concept layout blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living, with lush landscaping and an infinity-edge pool overlooking the serene backdrop of the back nine. A Coastal Escape for a Visionary Entrepreneur

When you're a busy entrepreneur managing two thriving businesses in Los Angeles, your beachside home should feel like a true escape—and that’s exactly what we created for our client. This three-story coastal retreat, with two serene bedrooms and breathtaking ocean views, was designed to offer complete tranquility while reflecting the personality and lifestyle of its owner.

Rooted in his Persian heritage, one of the client’s key requests was a dedicated hookah lounge—a space to relax, unwind, and entertain in style. The main living area was kept modern and refined, with a muted, calming color palette and a striking fireplace that serves as the room’s focal point.

In the master suite, a custom contemporary bed frame was designed with soft, flowing fabric to add a romantic touch. A luxurious full-sized soaking tub offers spa-like serenity, while the overall design carefully respected the client’s preference for minimal patterns and subtle textures. Bold wallcoverings and dramatic prints were intentionally avoided in favor of clean lines and calming neutrals, aligning perfectly with his desire for a peaceful, clutter-free sanctuary.

This project was not only a creative journey—it became a personal one. What began as a collaboration turned into a lasting friendship, making the experience as rewarding as the final result.
