Perched on the 17th floor in the heart of Las Vegas' dynamic CityCenter, this striking high-rise condo in the iconic Veer Towers offers panoramic views of the Strip from every room. With nearly 75% of the walls comprised of floor-to-ceiling glass, the residence is bathed in natural light by day and dazzles with city lights by night.

The design concept embraced a colorful, modern aesthetic, blending rich teals, soft greens, whites, taupes, and cool grays. These tones were thoughtfully selected to harmonize with the client’s existing art collection, creating a cohesive and curated atmosphere throughout.

One of the primary design challenges was navigating the architecture—specifically the 24-inch round structural columns strategically placed throughout the unit. Creating a functional and comfortable furniture layout required precision and creativity. In addition, the original builder model lacked a lighting package, making layered illumination a priority. We resolved this by integrating track lighting, ceiling fixtures, table and floor lamps, and even custom built-in lighting within select furnishings to enhance both ambiance and functionality.

Textiles and countertops in bold, vibrant hues contrast beautifully with the serene, spa-inspired wall coverings, offering a modern balance of energy and tranquility. In the bedroom, motorized roller shades—discreetly tucked into the soffits—provide dim-out control for restful sleep, essential in this southeast-facing unit with direct morning sunlight.

This high-rise haven fuses the pulse of city living with the calm of a modern retreat, where every design element supports both style and serenity above the Vegas skyline.
