I believe the best homes are designed around the life you want to live.

For me, great design goes far beyond creating beautiful rooms. It’s about understanding how you live—how you cook, gather, recharge, entertain and connect with the world around you—and creating a home that makes those experiences even better.

My approach combines refined design with a deep understanding of real estate, construction and project management. I bring beauty and function together with thoughtful planning, trusted craftsmanship and careful attention to the details that make a home feel distinctly yours.

Much of what inspires my work also shapes my own life: a connection to nature and wellness, time with my dogs and horses, gardening, cooking, travel, golf, and gathering with the people I care about. Those experiences continually remind me that luxury isn't simply about how a home looks. It's about how beautifully it allows you to live.

Madison Rodewald - CAD Designer

Madison combines creative design vision with technical mastery, offering clients the best of both worlds. Her expertise spans construction documentation, space planning and advanced CAD software. With Madison's skill, clients can visualize their projects with stunning clarity before they begin.

Red Sky Renovation & Repair LLC, bringing over 15 years of experience in remodeling, renovation, and construction. As a family man, he understands the importance of creating comfortable, functional spaces that truly feel like home. Victor takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and dependable service on every project, guided by his personal motto: "Do it right or not at all." With a commitment to integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, Red Sky Renovation & Repair LLC aims to bring clients' visions to life with professionalism, care, and lasting result.


Jen Weatherell - Operations Manager

Jen keeps projects moving with precision and purpose. She’s responsible for expediting and tracking purchases, maintaining project schedules, managing vendor and trade communications, overseeing budgets, and coordinating logistics—from order to installation. With more than 25 years of experience in Business and Supply Chain Management, Jen's systems-driven approach transforms creative visions into reality through efficient operations and flawless execution behind the scenes. Jen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi.


Ann Hedbavny - Bookkeeping

Ann serves as the bookkeeper for DIC Design Group, where she manages the financial backbone of the company. With meticulous attention to detail, Ann handles accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. She ensures that all transactions are accurately recorded and that the company maintains organized financial records for seamless operations. Ann's dedication to accuracy and efficiency helps keep projects on budget and the business running smoothly, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional results to clients.
