I’m Tina Dyba, an interior designer and construction-savvy project leader for ambitious entrepreneurs, executives, and homeowners who expect more than just “pretty spaces.”

My approach? It's equal parts beauty and strategy. I design refined, wellness-centered interiors that honor your lifestyle — from travel to cooking, golf to gardening — while adding equity to your investment. With a background in real estate, construction, project management, and high-level sourcing, I lead with clarity, communicate with transparency, and handle every detail so you don’t have to. Clients come to me for a home that supports their success, reflects their values, and feels like a luxurious retreat — inside and out. When I’m not designing, you’ll find me outside with my dogs and horses, in the garden, perfecting a healthy recipe, or planning my next travel-inspired concept and enjoying golf. Red Sky Renovation & Repair LLC, bringing over 15 years of experience in remodeling, renovation, and construction. As a family man, he understands the importance of creating comfortable, functional spaces that truly feel like home. Victor takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and dependable service on every project, guided by his personal motto: "Do it right or not at all." With a commitment to integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, Red Sky Renovation & Repair LLC aims to bring clients' visions to life with professionalism, care, and lasting result.

Jen Weatherell - Operations Manager

Jen keeps projects moving with precision and purpose. She’s responsible for expediting and tracking purchases, maintaining project schedules, managing vendor and trade communications, overseeing budgets, and coordinating logistics—from order to installation. With more than 25 years of experience in Business and Supply Chain Management, Jen's systems-driven approach transforms creative visions into reality through efficient operations and flawless execution behind the scenes. Jen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Ann Hedbavny - Bookkeeping

Ann serves as the bookkeeper for DIC Design Group, where she manages the financial backbone of the company. With meticulous attention to detail, Ann handles accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. She ensures that all transactions are accurately recorded and that the company maintains organized financial records for seamless operations. Ann's dedication to accuracy and efficiency helps keep projects on budget and the business running smoothly, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional results to clients.
