Villa Vista REMODEL

Built in the late 90's, this custom contemporary style home was just what our Client's desired. A young urban couple with toddler twins and two small dogs, this home was perfect for entertaining their family & friends. An open floor plan with high ceilings, lots of airy windows and a stunning poolside view of the mature landscaped backyard.

Our Client's, who loved the ocean, and a deep love for shades of blue and purple - inspired us with the one piece of art (Peacock Glace') as seen near the marble stone fireplace . Some of the obstacles we encountered, were the odd shaped angle of Living & Dining Room and angled high pitched ceiling. Task and decorative lighting along with re-wiring and removal of audio/visual intercoms and surround sound had to be removed or re- installed because the home was outdated. We re-designed the island in the Kitchen, to accommodated a seating for four. The master bath had a solid travertine stone wall that was blocking the room and the natural light from glass block windows of the jacuzzi tub. Our favorite installation was the marble stone fireplace and the gorgeous vinyl wood like floor that was extremely durable for growing a family and encouraging more pets!
