Newport High Rise Loft BUILD OUT

18th Floor Modern Loft – Tranquil Urban Retreat

This 18th-floor modern loft underwent a complete build-out with a focus on crafting a serene and sophisticated living environment. The design emphasizes the strategic use of lighting to evoke calm and complement the surrounding cityscape. Custom LED color wheels were integrated into both the upper and lower cabinetry, echoing the dynamic glow of the Las Vegas Strip beyond the windows.

Flooring treatments were thoughtfully curated, incorporating aluminum inlays within the tile to create visual interest and subtly delineate transitions between vinyl, porcelain, and carpeted zones. A warm palette of cream and chocolate brown was paired with vibrant teal accents—an homage to the client's global travels, artistic sensibilities, and love for the ocean.
