Newport High Rise Loft BUILD OUT

This 18th Floor - Loft Unit receives a complete build-out. The goal was to "create a tranquil living space" upon optimizing the use of several lighting elements. LED Color wheels were installed on upper cabinets and lower cabinets to mirror the view of the Las Vegas strip.

Other added details were in the flooring where aluminum pieces were scattered throughout tile and surfaces seperation of vinyl, porcelain and carpet areas. Colors of Cream, Chocolate Brown finishes and accents of teal brought inspiration from a Client who was a world traveler, lover of art and ocean buff.
