A Coastal Escape for a Visionary Entrepreneur

When you're a busy entrepreneur managing two thriving businesses in Los Angeles, your beachside home should feel like a true escape—and that’s exactly what we created for our client. This three-story coastal retreat, with two serene bedrooms and breathtaking ocean views, was designed to offer complete tranquility while reflecting the personality and lifestyle of its owner.

Rooted in his Persian heritage, one of the client’s key requests was a dedicated hookah lounge—a space to relax, unwind, and entertain in style. The main living area was kept modern and refined, with a muted, calming color palette and a striking fireplace that serves as the room’s focal point.

In the master suite, a custom contemporary bed frame was designed with soft, flowing fabric to add a romantic touch. A luxurious full-sized soaking tub offers spa-like serenity, while the overall design carefully respected the client’s preference for minimal patterns and subtle textures. Bold wallcoverings and dramatic prints were intentionally avoided in favor of clean lines and calming neutrals, aligning perfectly with his desire for a peaceful, clutter-free sanctuary.
