My ambition as a designer, started early on at a very young age. Imaginative and artistic, I was inspired with creating models, artwork, design and fashion.
Throughout the development of my career, I took a "hands-on" approach with the opportunity to work side by side with several successful architects, developers and residential home builders. Upon acquiring my degree from The Art Institutes and learning the trades, I began to craft my own unique design style. With over 20 "plus" years of design, construction and project management experience, I have cultivated where I am today.
The key elements to my success are in planning, managing and listening to my client's needs and desires.
I love enhancing the lifestyles of my clients, creating well-balanced, organized, functional spaces with proper lighting, object placement, and vivid colors. I apply a design technique that I created called "elemental fusion".
I live an exciting life of non-stop traveling, continued learning, golfing, and relaxing on my ranch, with just enough time left over to volunteer!
Sue Garcia joined DIC Design Group this year bringing with her expertise knowledge in window coverings and home decor. Sue has a design degree from the Fashion & Design School of Los Angeles and spent the majority of her design career at Ethan Allen.
Sue is passionate about education and continuing her learning with National Kitchen and Bath Association to achieve her certification badges in cabinetry, universal and lighting design.
Sue is a collaborative and solutions-oriented interior design professional with twenty-six years of design experience.
Sue enjoys gardening, hiking and traveling the world!
