From the moment guests enter, bold design statements unfold. The bar features glowing underlit onyx stone—an instant showstopper when serving cocktails. The expansive great room, finished in smooth limestone flooring, flows seamlessly outdoors through retractable glass doors, blurring the line between interior and exterior living. Nature, luxury, and architecture exist in perfect harmony.

The enlarged chef’s kitchen was designed for entertaining on a grand scale, with comfortable seating for 20 and adjacent access to a temperature-controlled wine cellar and private tasting room. An architectural centerpiece, the staircase to the second floor spirals upward with sculptural steelwork encased in glass, creating a striking visual moment.

Each space in the home has its own personality. The cigar lounge features deep red crocodile-embossed walls and a state-of-the-art sound system for the ultimate sensory experience.
